• What purpose does the technology serve?
• Is the activity purposeful and goal oriented?
• Does the activity require comprehension, manipulation and production of the concepts studied?
• Does the activity focus on a meaningful exchange of information?
• Does the activity engage learners in order to carry out operations?
• Does the activity encourage problem-solving or consensus-building?
