Type your name and your nutritionist's email address. If you aren't sending the meal plan for today, click on the calendar to find the correct date. Then, click on the "Next" eraser to continue.
Click the food bag and select the food you want for each meal. When you are done, click "Ready".
If you don't see your food on the list, type the name into the blank space provided and check the box. Remember to type the exchanges, too!
If you did not have a meal, type "no meal" in the blank space and enter zero for the exchanges.
Click the "Next" eraser to continue.
Follow the same steps to select the food for this meal and the following meals.
When you are done, you can submit another meal by clicking on the "next" eraser. Make sure you pick the right date from the calendar!
