Instructional Designer
1. Collect and distribute client and team contact information
2. Produce CITT Team Exchange site
- Team contact information
- All web proposal elements (storyboard, mockups, production standards,etc.)
3. Schedule client and team meetings
4. Compile (and generate as necessary) website proposal elements
- Storyboard
- Deliverables spreadsheet
- Production standards
- Create work chart
- Create timeline
- Mock-ups compilation
5. Obtain client approval at scheduled checkpoints
6. Test site for usability/accessibility
7. Develop testing report
8. Determine developer work load and distribution
Developers
1. Design mock-ups
2. Develop .css style sheets
3. Convert the mock-ups to templates
4. Incorporate content provided by client into templates
5. Assist in video post-production
6. Optimize files for fast download time
7. Meet with instructional designer and client for review sessions
8. Revise and improve site in accordance to the results provided by user tests
Programmers
1. Meet with client to determine needs
2. Create scripts as necessary
3. Review and secure compatibility issues
4. Meet with team to ensure seamless frontend and backend connection
5. Perform hardware and software testing
6. Prepare and present testing report
7. Provide training or instructional documents to guide person/people responsible for maintenance of site.
